Winter warmer breakfast
5 tablespoons oats
Place in a pot with some oat milk and a pinch of salt.
When cooked add a dollop of roasted rhubarb and some plain Greek yogurt. Delicious.
Roasted rhubarb
6 stalks rhubarb cut into slices
Place on a tray
Squeeze the juice of an orange and the zest on top and add Two table spoons coconut sugar.
Bake in medium oven until soft. Then in a dish to cool.
