With winter here it is important to keep our nutrients up. Warming soups with local sour dough bread with herbs and vegetables from the garden. I grate carrot and celery with parsley on top high in vitamin C. An excellent lunch. I save all the broccoli and cauliflower stalks and put them in my soup. Nothing goes to waste.
Also remember to call in for your zinc and vitamin C and immune tablets.
