Walking for Health.
What a glorious weekend. A great opportunity to get into nature and so good for you. Walking daily keeps you healthy, young and is great for bringing down blood pressure. 40 minutes a day keeps the doctor away. Also fantastic for the soul. I took my woofers to do the link walkway. Lots of bird song and so peaceful. We only passed two people all day. Unbelievably beautiful.
