Tumeric and Ginger
These wonderful foods are both anti-inflammatory and with winter approaching they are effective in reducing the severity of arthritis and other inflammatory diseases.
Ginger is excellent for circulation and preventitive for chilbalines along wih cayenne. So why not spice up your diet.
Add fresh ginger and tumeric to soups, stirfry dishes or try my ginger hot drink.
Juice of a lemon
two teaspoons of honey
teaspoon of freshly grated ginger.
Place all the above in a teapot and pour over boiling water and steep for ten minutes. Strain and enjoy.
