Travelling in Germany and Italy
In these two beautiful countries they have so many organic fresh fruit and vegetable shops. The really get fresh and families I stayed with produced amazing salads and organic sour dough bread.
They used organic balsamic vinegar and local olive oil. I encourage you to support local . Try this zucchini salad.
Zucchini salad
Four cups of zucchini shopped in circles
Two cloves of garlic
Two tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Four tablespoons olive oil.
Half a cup Pinenuts
Half a cup fresh herbs.
Lightly saute garlic in some olive oil
Add zucchini
Cook for one minute
Place in salad bowl
Add all other ingredients
Delicious.
