This morning I got up and picked lots of peppers from my garden. I have had so many delicious vegetables to enjoy. Here is my garden fresh tomato and pepper sauce recipe.
Six tomatoes from your garden
Two red peppers
Two cloves of garlic
Three tablespoons local olive oil
Two teaspoons herb yeast salt available at my clinic.
Chop the tomatoes and peppers up. Add the other ingredients and cook until soft.
Remove and blend for one minute or until smooth. Delicious with pasta or if you are like me and have excess zucchini then spiral in a bowl for lunch. Add some warm tomato sauce and either pesto or chopped basil delicious.
