Summer delicious home grown pepper tomatoes and basil
Recipe
Chop tomatoes and pepper up add to a pot with two cloves chopped garlic and a dash of olive oil. Cook for a few minutes on medium heat.
Remove place in a blender with a teaspoon of herb yeast salt. Available in my clinic. A handful of fresh basil. Blend until smooth.
Delicious over udon noodles or spiralled zucchini.
Place in bowls and sprinkle over parmesan cheese or if vegan toasted sunflower seeds.
