Picture of Peppermint tea from my garden. I make fresh herbal teas every day. Organic fresh herbs have so many nutrients compared to their dried cousins. Just place a handful of herbs in a teapot and pour over boiling water. Stand for three minutes. Pour and enjoy. Peppermint is so fantastic for the digestive system and also clears the sinus's. Enjoy,
