My Basil is truly amazing the leaves are gigantic. Can't wait to make my pesto sauce.
Three large handfuls of basil leaves
two cloves of garlic
one teaspoon of herb yeast salt available from the clinic
half a cup of Parmesan
quarter a cup of roasted cashew pieces.
Olive oil to mix.
Add the basil, garlic, herb yeast salt to a blender with the olive oil. Blend and add the Parmesan and cashew nuts.
Stir and place in jars. Freezers well.
