LAVENDER
This gently scented flowering herb in studies has shown to improve your body's meletonin level supporting a better nights sleep. I use it along with california poppy, passionflower and zizzypus in tablet form as all these herbs have a sedative effect.
A few drops of lavender oil on your childs pillow or cot bed will help them sleep a whole lot better.
Sleep is so important for our welbeing, energy levels and we are less likely to feel anaxious if we have a good nights sleep.
