Start with good nutrition. A bowl of warming porridge for breakfast. High in vitamin B.
Lunch some warm homemade soup and a slice of Minghettis sour dough bread with salad from your garden and some local cheese. I have a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice with quarter of a teaspoon of meta zinc and C in it. Plus my neighbour's delicious organic apple.
Dinner protein and lots of vegetables and jacket potato.
It's not hard to be healthy and delicious.
