It is such a gorgeous time of the year and my garden is full of delicious organic vegetables and herbs.
Everyday I make a cup of fresh herbal tea. Place a handful of peppermint leaves in a pot and pour over boiling water and steep for three minutes. Pour and enjoy. Peppermint is so fantastic for the digestive system and so easy to grow and packed with goodness compared to the dry tea bags. Remember fresh is best.
