How to keep your immune system healthy during times of stress.
1. Enjoy lots of fresh vegetables and fruit from your garden.
2. Keep your water intake up six to eight glasses,a day.
3. Walk for thirty minutes a day.
4. Stop for a healthy snack. E.g hummus and rice crackers. Or a piece of fruit and handful of raw nuts.
6. Laugh with a friend.
7.give a family member a hug twice day.
