Healthy start to my day.
A bowl of porridge full of vitamin B. The Scots had it right. Apricots high in vitamin C, A. Blueberries from my garden high in vitamin C, K, Magnesium and Potassium. Pear from My neighbour's garden high in Vitamin C. Freshly picked strawberries high in vitamin C, Manganese, B9, Potassium. And to top it off a dollop of plain Greek yogurt high in calcium.
Breakfast can be healthy, delicious and cheap if you grow your own.
