Gorgeous day yesterday and spent it in my gorgeous garden. It is so good for your health and wellbeing to get into nature
.Georgia and I walked along the river bank and watched the sun rise.
I encourage all of you to get in to nature for a walk or your garden. Send me photos of your garden since lockdown.
Picked lots of fresh produce from my garden and made a delicious quiche.
Here is the recipe
One tablespoon sugar or coconut sugar
300 g flour
Half a teaspoon salt
Mix all together in a blender or rub with hands
Roll out and place in flan dish.
Place in fridge for half an hour.
Half a cup of freshly chopped herbs.
One onion finely chopped and sauted with one clove of crushed garlic to this choose an option
Chopped slightly cooked either zucchini and goat's cheese or
Precooked eggplant and onion or
Leeks cooked and salmon
Or sauted mushrooms and spinach
Or cooked cauliflower and broccoli Nd goats cheese
Or what ever is in your garden.
Add eggs and vegetables to a bowl with a cup of milk or almond milk. Bake in a moderate oven for 50 minutes. Serve with a garden salad.
