Georgia made delicious waffles for good friday brunch here is the recipe.
Waffles
Two cups of rolled oats you can use gluten free
Half a cup sunflower oil
2 eggs or if vegan use egg substitute.
3 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of salt
Quarter of a cup of either sugar or coconut sugar.
Two cups milk or almond milk
One teaspoon vanilla essence.
Instructions
Place oats in blender and blend until like flour
Place in bowl.
Add other dry ingredients. Combine.
Add all wet ingredients and whisk to combine.
In a greased waffle maker using a half cup pour onto hot waffle maker and cook until golden.
Serve with thawed raspberries and either cream, yogurt or coconut yogurt. Delicious.
