Exercise for good health. By walking 40 minutes a day you can help bring down your blood pressure. I walk the wither hills every morning. We live in a beautiful provence. So get out and explore it with your family. You will be surprised what a difference this will make to your health and wellbeing. I took my woofers,up for breakfast and we watched the sun rise. They loved it.
